Group Support for Chronic Illness

This group is designed to help individuals living with a chronic health condition connect with others and discuss the impact their illness and symptoms have on their quality of life, functioning, relationships, and more. We'll cover a range of topics including medical trauma, grief, self care, and managing flare ups.

This group will focus on coping skills for managing overwhelming emotions relating to symptoms and flair ups. We will also address acceptance, values, and shame-based thoughts and feelings.

When: Tuesday’s, 5:30-6:45pm (PST)

Where: Virtual through Google Meet

Who: Open to adults 18+

Cost: $40 per week ($240 total investment)

Grief Processing Group for Illness & Loss

This group is for anyone grieving a terminal/incurable illness, ill parent, or loss of a loved one due to a chronic or sudden medical condition. The focus will be on helping participants process overwhelming emotions and gain connection with others who are going through similar experiences.

When: Wednesday’s 6:00-7:15pm (pst)

Where: Virtual through Google Meet

Who: Open to adults 18+

Cost: $40 per week ($240 total investment)
