Frequently Asked Questions

  • Fill out the form in the Contact session, or scroll down to book a 15 minute consultation. We’ll start by seeing if we’re both a good fit for each other and then schedule an initial session. There will be an intake form and paperwork to fill out prior to the first session.

  • $175 for a 50-minute session

  • All services are private pay meaning that I do not take insurance. However if you have a PPO insurance, I can provide a Superbill which you can submit to insurance for a percentage of your insurance’s reimbursement rate.

  • The first session spends more time asking about you as a person, including background information, relationship history, beliefs, and previous steps towards healing. We then explore what brought you in to therapy, what your goals are, and address any concerns you may have.

  • I require at least 48 hours cancellation notice before your appointment time. A session cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • California law protects the client/therapist relationship. Information discussed in session is kept confidential except for the following reasons:

    Reasonable suspicion of child abuse; Reasonable suspicion of elder or dependent adult abuse; If the client threatens serious harm to themself or others; Being subpoenaed by a judge
