I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or anxiety in response to trauma, an unstable childhood, or illness. I also work with clients who struggle with codependency, setting boundaries, and expressing their needs.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and body-aware.
Sessions focus on slowing down, increasing awareness, and helping your nervous system feel safer and more regulated over time. Our initial intake is more interview-style, allowing me to understand you as a whole person—your background, relationships, and patterns—before moving into collaborative sessions that support meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.
Many clients are able to explore the root causes of issues and decrease the intensity of overwhelming thoughts and emotions.
Personal Beliefs:
I believe that you are the expert in your own life. As a therapist, I'm passionate about helping people rediscover their purpose, passions, and core self. I understand that the best marker for change comes from the therapeutic relationship. Because of this, I aim to build a strong connection with my clients so that they feel seen, comforted, and supported. Change happens through feeling valued and feeling a sense of belonging. I constantly strive to make the therapeutic space a welcoming place for my clients to feel valued, supported, and accepted.
