At one point or another, we all experience a difficult phase in life.

Anxieties, relationship conflicts, fears about the future, and illness can lead us to feel isolated and defeated.

These feelings can be overwhelming at times and take a toll on our quality of life, relationships, and self worth.

Many of my clients are living with a chronic illness and trying to navigate the loss of a pre-diagnosis life in the hopes of gaining a better understanding of a post-diagnosis identity. Other clients have a history of anxiety or trauma that is still negatively impacting their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Healing is possible

I know how difficult it can be to navigate emotional overwhelm, physical symptoms, and the invisible weight of simply getting through the day. Whether you're dealing with the chronic stress of anxiety, the exhaustion of depression, or the complex impacts of trauma, you're not alone—and you don’t have to do it alone.

I offer a supportive and collaborative approach to our work together, grounded in curiosity, consent, and compassion. I’m experienced in working with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), and CPTSD (Complex PTSD) and I specialize in supporting individuals living with chronic illness, trauma, and codependency—especially those who feel stuck in survival mode or disconnected from their sense of self.

Through a trauma-informed lens, we’ll work to understand the root causes of your struggles—gently exploring the ways your nervous system has adapted to stress and pain over time. I integrate somatic experiencing, parts work, and other body-based approaches to help you reconnect with yourself, process what’s been too much to hold alone, and begin moving toward relief, clarity, and more choice.
